Rehab Road Tough for Bruins Hugo Quiles Monday, September 25th , 2023 The Westwood Bruins received some bad news when the team's medical staff announced that Hugo Quiles would miss even more time than had previously been expected. Quiles, who is currently out with a fractured hand, was evaluated by doctors yesterday and tests showed that the injury was not healing as quickly as they expected. Instead, the 27-year-old first baseman will have to spend another 3 weeks in treatment. For the season, Quiles is hitting .229, batted in 25 runs with 12 home runs and 34 runs scored. |
