Title Captured - Stripes Conference West Division Won by Walnut Park Thursday, September 14th , 2023 Walnut Park Bobcats fans have reason to celebrate today, as their franchise is the class of the Stripes Conference West Division. With their record standing at 88-54, the club officially wrapped up the division title today, for the 14th time. Manager Hua Pian said everyone on their roster is looking forward to the postseason and trying to capture the club's 3rd championship. "That's what you dream about your whole life," Pian said. Starting Pitcher Jose Perez added that it's a great feeling to win the division, but said ultimately, a World Series victory is what will mark success for the club. |
