Sanchez Chosen #1 Player Monday, May 26th , 2025 When it came to hitting the baseball, Jose Sanchez was in a class by himself in the Stars Conference this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding third baseman for Laredo tagged opposing pitchers for a .481 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 13 hits in 27 at-bats, 1 homers, 6 runs scored and 10 RBIs. This year, Sanchez is batting .348 with 2 home runs. He has scored 13 runs and driven in 16. |
