The London Tigers picked up a win at Ballpark of Oklahoma City, knocking off the Cornwall Royals, 4-1. Starting pitcher Colin Esser was a big reason why. Esser got the win, improving to 3-7. He gave up 11 hits and walked 0 over 6.2 innings. He allowed 1 run. With the win, London upped its record to 60-52.

Danny Sutton dealt the Royals a blow in the bottom of the fifth. Batting with the bases loaded and London leading 2-1, Sutton hit a first pitch changeup for a run-scoring single.
