Pat Higginbotham pitched a gem to lead Columbus to victory over the London Werewolves, 5-0. Columbus is now 60-74, London 61-73.

Greg Jones dealt the Werewolves a blow in the top of the sixth. Batting with runners on 1st and 2nd and Columbus leading 1-0, Jones hit a first pitch slider for a run-scoring single.
