Storm Lose to Comets in Walk-Off
The Kalamazoo Comets beat the Lake Elsinore Storm, 12-10, with major props going to designated hitter Noel Weatherhead. On the day, Weatherhead went 3-5 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2 for the Comets. The victory makes Kalamazoo 34-93.

Weatherhead dealt the big blow in the bottom of the 11th. That's when he launched a 2-run home run off Lake Elsinore pitcher Jim Unknown to win it for the Comets.
