Ragin Cajuns Pull Off Thrilling 7-6 Win in Extras
Thanks in large part to left fielder Pat Bounds, the Stockton Ragin Cajuns clipped the Cornwall Royals, 7-6, in 10 innings. Bounds went 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. Stockton reliever Shissho Matsuno picked up the win, raising his record to 3-0. Kevin McDonald was tagged with the loss. Stockton's record now stands at 50-45, placing them third in the Western AA Central Division.

The game-ending blow was delivered by Tyler Crawford in the bottom of the tenth. That's when he hit a run-scoring double off 28-year old right-handed pitcher Ricky Alvarez to win it for Stockton and cause the home crowd to erupt in celebration.

"There's no quit in this team," said Ragin Cajuns manager Jeffrey Troke.
