The home crowd had a good time watching the St. Louis Cavalry and Hamilton Bulldogs get after it.

The Hamilton Bulldogs put together a convincing win at Mariachis Ballpark, defeating the St. Louis Cavalry, 11-1. Jay Robinson was one of the hitting stars. He was 3-5 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2 for Hamilton. Bobby Carrero earned the win to go to 3-8. He allowed 1 run on 5 hits, with 1 walk and 6 strikeouts in 5.1 innings of work. Ryan Middaugh earned the save, his 1st.

The Bulldogs picked up the win with a combination of good hitting and good pitching.

"We'll pop the top on a cold beverage and get back to work tomorrow," Robinson said.

Hamilton has a record of 43-44, placing them 5th in the Western AA Central Division.
