Fighting Quakers Collect 7-3 Win Versus Orono
Quebec Fighting Quakers starter Chris Stoddard pitched a strong game against the Orono Oaks at University of Maine Stadium, leading the Fighting Quakers to victory, 7-3. The 5th-place Fighting Quakers now have a record of 24-31.

With Quebec leading 4-3 in the top of the seventh, Ben Leonardi hit a 2-run single off Orono pitcher Chris Hawes. It put the Fighting Quakers ahead 6-3.

"Chris's not intimidated by who's stepping into the batter's box," said Quebec manager Jeff Gray.
