Luis Aguirre, who is tied for 2nd in the S-A in strikeouts with 72, propelled his team to victory over the Louisville Sweepers. The final score was 6-3, Mexico City. Hunter Saakadze recorded the save for Mexico City, his 11th of the season. The Aztecs now own a record of 29-23.

Mexico City took a 6-3 lead on Matt Unger's 7th home run of the season. The grand slam home run, which Unger hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Louisville pitcher Glen Foster visibly frustrated.

"I was able to really locate my pitches tonight," said Aguirre.
