The Vermont Milkmen cruised to a win over the Hialeah Firecats, 12-4, at Firecats Ballpark. Craig Kelley, who is tied for 9th in the W-AA in home runs with 9, led the way, going 2-for-3 for Vermont. Mike Hall, the winner, goes to 2-0. He allowed 1 run on 8 hits, with 2 walks and 6 strikeouts over 7.2 innings. The misery never ends for the Firecats, who've lost 15 in a row.

Kelley had a key at-bat for Vermont in the top of the first. With the bases empty, he hit a solo home run. It was his 9th home run of the season and gave Vermont an early 1-0 lead.
