Aztecs right fielder Tony Thomas left his mark on his team's 11-2 win over the London Werewolves. Thomas, who is tied for 4th in the S-A with a .642 slugging percentage, slugged 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice for Mexico City in the contest. Mexico City now has a record of 25-19 with the win.

The Aztecs got a big hit from catcher Myles Hammer. Facing London pitcher Manny Rodriguez in the top of the ninth, Hammer pounded a grand slam home run to right-center. His 2nd home run of the season put the Aztecs ahead, 11-2.

"Not one of our better nights," said London skipper Adrian Mercado.
