Heroes Need Extra Frames to Get Past Werewolves
Pueblo right fielder Paul DeVaul had 3 ribbies while helping his team defeat the London Werewolves, 10-7. Dallas Price earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits in 3 innings. He upped his record to 1-0. Pueblo occupies second place in the Southern A East Division at 23-17.

Pueblo used a timely hit from Carlos Quintana to get the win. The right fielder stroked a 2-run double in the top of the 12th inning to put the Heroes ahead, 9-7. It was his only hit in 2 at-bats, but it made an impact.

"I still think this team can play even better," Quintana told the Pueblo Chronicle.
