Bangor Offense Sputters in 6-0 Loss
The Pueblo Heroes picked up a win at Heroes Ballpark, knocking off the Bangor Lumberjacks, 6-0. Starting pitcher Travis Holloway was a big reason why. In 6.1 innings, Holloway surrendered 4 hits, while striking out 3 and walking 0. He allowed no runs. The 'W' lifts Pueblo's record to 22-16.

Early in the game, third baseman Alex Mieles had a 3-run home run for Pueblo. It was his 6th home run of the season and put the Heroes on top, 3-0.

"A confident pitcher is a dangerous thing," said Pueblo manager Jeremiah Simpson. "That's what Travis is right now."
