Though the conditions were not ideal, the Mexico City Aztecs and Columbus Bowsers came back from a rain delay to finish their game.

The Mexico City Aztecs firmly defeated the Columbus Bowsers, 17-2, at Ballpark of Columbus. The Mexico City offense was lit. Justin McCoy, for one, had a solid game. He belted 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice for the Aztecs. The winner was R.J. Eisen, who threw 103 pitches over 6.2 innings. The left-hander was charged with 2 runs on 6 hits.

In the first inning, McCoy had a 3-run home run for Mexico City. It was his 9th home run of the season and put the Aztecs on top, 3-0.

"It never gets old," said McCoy. "Winning, that is."

The loss puts Columbus at 17-10.
