Steve Fites really sizzled at the plate in his team's 10-3 win over the Barrie Admirals. The Columbus left fielder blistered Barrie for 5 hits in 6 at-bats.

"Fites was too tough to get out today," the Admirals skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too."
