Branden Covington pitched a dandy of a game to help the Barrie Admirals beat the Mexico City Aztecs, 4-1. Tommy Daniello closed it out for his 2nd save. Barrie, now 13-3, is setting the league on fire so far.

Covington allowed no runs over 7.1 innings. He also racked up 7 strikeouts.

"We're playing like we're capable of," said Barrie manager Manny Uset.
