The Dollywood Partons downed the Pueblo Heroes, 2-0, at Heroes Ballpark. Dollywood pitcher Brad Martin definitely brought his A-game. Martin yielded no runs over 6.2 innings to notch the win. He scattered 5 hits, walked 0, and struck out 4. His record improves to 3-0. The Partons, now 14-2, have had a terrific start to the season.

The Partons got a big at-bat from first baseman Oscar de Leon. For the game, de Leon was 1-3 with a home run and was hit by a pitch. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the top of the first, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 3rd home run of the season gave Dollywood a 2-0 lead.
