Romero Excels, But Bowsers Win
The Columbus Bowsers weathered an outstanding game by Louisville center fielder Gerardo Romero to topple the Sweepers, 10-8. Romero went 3-5 with 2 home runs and a double, while scoring 3 times and driving in 3. With the loss, Louisville falls to 5-4.

Columbus relied on the bat of Omari Baker to get the win. The right fielder produced a grand slam home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Bowsers ahead, 8-1. For the game, Baker had 1 double and 1 home run in 5 at-bats.

"You win some, you lose some. I don't get too caught up in all that," said Baker.
