Nick Crawford made an impact in the 4-3 Santa Rosa win over St. Catharines. Crawford, who is tied for 6th in the N-A in triples with 2, was 4 for 4 with a double and 3 singles, while adding 3 RBI. The winner in relief was Dusty Garrow. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 1 hit in 2 innings. He now owns a record of 1-0. The win has Santa Rosa at 16-24.
The game turned with two out in the bottom of the fourth when Crawford hit a 2-run single. It thrust the Desperados into the lead, 2-0.
