Miami and Cincinnati took Mother Nature's best shot and still managed to complete their ballgame.

A 5-RBI performance from the 26-year old right fielder Greg Moreno helped the Miami Boll Weevils beat the Cincinnati Bombardiers, 11-3. The winner was Jose Ramirez, who threw 78 pitches over 6.2 innings. The right-hander was charged with 1 run on 3 hits.

Early in the game, Moreno had a 3-run home run for Miami. It was his 9th home run of the season and put the Boll Weevils on top, 4-1.

"I keep on showing up every day and trying to put up good at-bats and find good pitches to hit," said Moreno.

The losses continue to mount for Cincinnati, which has now dropped 6 in a row.
