In a low-scoring tilt between the Sonoma Scorpions and the Stockton Ragin Cajuns, Dave Kramer, who is tied for 7th in the W-AA with a 9.3 K/9 rate, was the difference-maker. The Sonoma right-hander spearheaded the 3-2 win. Kevin McDonald was called on to finish, recording his 5th save. The winning continues for Sonoma, with the latest triumph making it 9 straight.

Sonoma went up, 3-2, on Mike Sligar's 1st home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which Sligar hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Stockton pitcher Ricardo Grados stewing.
