Tigercats Lose to Bulldogs in Walk-Off
In a low-scoring contest between the Hamilton Bulldogs and the Vail Tigercats, 23-year old left-handed pitcher Brice Shine proved to be the difference. The Hamilton left-hander earned props for his performance in the 3-0 Bulldogs win. Ryan Middaugh snagged the win in relief. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit over 2 innings. He's now 3-4 on the season. The Bulldogs improved their record to 20-20 with the win over Vail.

The defining moment came in the bottom of the tenth for Hamilton. That's when Jay Robinson hit a 3-run home run off 27-year old left-handed pitcher Robert Hendricks to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

"Sometimes you get the ball in the right spot and it goes," said Robinson.
