The Stockton Ragin Cajuns had to overcome a fine effort from Cornwall pitcher Mike Banks to win, 2-1, in 17 innings at King George Park. Banks went 6.2 innings and allowed no runs. The Ragin Cajuns go to 16-17, putting them 5th in the Western AA Central Division.

Stockton needed the clutch hitting of Dillon Rodriquez to seal the deal. The center fielder swatted a solo home run in the top of the 17th inning to put the Ragin Cajuns on top, 2-1. For the game, Rodriquez had 1 home run and 1 single in 8 at-bats.

"Runs were tough to come by," said Rodriquez. "But we scored just enough to win."
