London took on Augusta in front of a lively crowd.

A good performance from shortstop Eric Bruhns helped the London Tigers defeat the Augusta Capitols, 6-2. Bruhns went 2 for 3 with a home run and a double, while scoring 3 and driving in 2 for the Tigers. Picking up the win was Bobby Pfau. He went 6.2 innings, allowing 2 runs on 6 hits. The right--hander struck out 5 and walked 0.

Bruhns had a big at-bat with a runner on 3rd in the bottom of the fourth inning, when he hit a run-scoring double. The Tigers went on to win.
