Cincinnati and Sonoma duked it out and the Bombardiers came out victorious.

Cincinnati turned a good effort from starter Jose Perez into a win over the Sonoma Scorpions at Ballpark of North Richland Hills. The final score was 3-1. Perez picked up the win for Cincinnati, going 8 innings. He gave up 1 run on 5 hits. He now sports a record of 4-1.

Cincinnati used the timely hitting of Manny Stevenson to seize the win. The designated hitter stroked a 2-run single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Bombardiers on top, 3-1. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
