The Riverside Rotters converted a terrific effort from starter Chase Lovett into a win over the Rohnert Park Cougars at Rotters Ballpark. The Rotters won the game by a final score of 8-0. The first-place Rotters now have a win-loss record of 88-45.

Making an impact for the home team was Juan Alcantara. In the bottom of the fourth, the 27-year old center fielder had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. That made the score 2-0, Rotters.

"I was trying to do what I do, go out there and compete," said Lovett.
