A 4-RBI performance from the 24-year old third baseman Danny McKibben helped the Aurora Suns beat the Boise Dread Kings, 7-4. Aurora reliever Jimmy Guyton picked up the win. Oliver Murga took the loss for Boise. Josh Maughan was called on to finish, recording his 11th save.

Ray Baker contributed a productive at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With runners on 1st and 2nd, he hit a run-scoring single. His at-bat helped Aurora get the win.

Said Boise manager Sean Drummond: "They did a lot of things right. We did a lot of things wrong."

The Suns improved to 76-56.
