Running Rebels Slip Past Bears, 4-1
Josh Lienhard, who is tied for 10th in the E-AA with a 1.33 WHIP, never let the Bears get in a groove. The right-hander used his bread and butter, his sinker, to pitch the Running Rebels to a win, 4-1. The save went to Jordan Clayton, number 15 for him. At 71-56, the Running Rebels claim 4th place in the Eastern AA Southen Division.

Fresno needed the clutch hitting of T.J. Cray to seal the deal. The designated hitter swatted a 2-run home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Running Rebels on top, 3-1. For the game, Cray had 1 home run and 2 singles in 4 at-bats.

"We'll kick back tonight, then get set for the next one," Cray said.
