Suns Suffer One-Run Loss at Boise
The Aurora Suns and Boise Dread Kings provided some drama for the home crowd.

The Boise Dread Kings did just enough to sneak past the Aurora Suns, 5-4, at Ballpark of Boise. Boise pitcher Nelson Martinez, in particular, had a standout performance. Boise reliever Steve Wright was the winner. His record is now 1-0. Jimmy Guyton took the loss.

Boise took a 5-3 lead on Nick Creswell's 5th home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which Creswell hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Aurora pitcher Jimmy Guyton visibly frustrated.

Boise manager Sean Drummond called it "a good, solid win."

With the win, the Dread Kings improved to 54-47.
