The Encinitas Eskimo Brothers dealt the Riverside Rotters a 5-3 loss at EBDBBNB Park. Armando Gomez, who is tied for 4th in the E-AA in triples with 2, was the star on offense. He was 3-4 with a home run and a double. Chris Porter earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2.1 innings. He upped his record to 1-1. The second-place Eskimo Brothers go to 35-18.

In the bottom of the sixth, with the game tied, the Rotters allowed the Eskimo Brothers to take a 5-3 lead on a base hit and Riverside error.
