Mountaineers Lose, 7-4, at Greensboro Grounds
Led by Tim Baggett, the Traverse City Bears defeated the Winchester Mountaineers, 7-4. Baggett was 2-5 with a home run and a double. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for the Bears. Traverse City reliever Drew Martin got the win, raising his record to 2-1. Josh Banks was tagged with the loss. With the win, Traverse City raised its record to 24-22.

Traverse City took a 7-4 lead on Baggett's 7th home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which he hit off Josh Banks in the bottom of the sixth, propelled Traverse City to the win.

"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Baggett.
