The Winchester Mountaineers coasted to a win over the Encinitas Eskimo Brothers, 12-1. Billy Carroll had a good day at the plate for Winchester. He belted 2 home runs. He drove in 7 runs and scored twice. The winning streak has now reached 5 games for the Mountaineers.

With Winchester leading 1-0 in the top of the third, Carroll hit a cutter from Justin Watson for a 3-run home run. It was his 7th home run of the season and put the Mountaineers ahead, 4-0.
