Late Rally by Razor Sharks Secures 7-5 Win
Edgar Ramos was instrumental in his team's 7-5 triumph over the Mescalero Chiefs. The pinch hitter was 1-1 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for the Mesa Razor Sharks. Nate Peercy closed the game out for Mesa, earning his 9th save. The Razor Sharks upped their record to 21-20.

With Mesa trailing 5-2 in the top of the eighth, Ramos hit a fastball from Nick Ashworth for a grand slam home run. It was his 5th home run of the season and put the Razor Sharks ahead, 6-5.

"I'm trying to see the ball big, see the ball up in the zone and put the barrel on it," Ramos told the Mesa News.
