Good production from designated hitter Chris Dietel helped the Encinitas Eskimo Brothers topple the Libertyville Polecats, 8-4. Dietel was 2 for 5 with a home run. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for the Eskimo Brothers. The Eskimo Brothers, now 22-15, have won 5 in a row.

The game was all tied up in the top of the ninth, until Dietel delivered big-time for Encinitas, stroking a dramatic grand slam home run off Jay Yeiser. The game-changing hit put the Eskimo Brothers on top, 8-4.

"This team is real focused right now," said Encinitas manager Logan Greening.
