Dread Kings Get One-Run Win at Winchester
Davey Swenson brought his A-game to help Boise defeat the Winchester Mountaineers, 2-1. Earning his 5th save of the year was Luke Getts. The Dread Kings sit in second place in the Eastern AA Southen Division with a record of 20-12.

In the top of the third inning, second baseman Jorge Figueroa had a run-scoring double for Boise. It was his 3rd double of the season and put the Dread Kings on top, 1-0.

"We busted our tails," said Winchester manager Mitchell Young. "But we came up short."
