Good production from left fielder David Van Sant helped the Mesa Razor Sharks topple the Alcoa Millionaires, 6-4. Van Sant was 2 for 5 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 2 times and drove in 2 for the Razor Sharks. Mesa goes to 18-10.

Mesa used a timely hit from Brian Sanders to get the win. The designated hitter stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the 12th inning to put the Razor Sharks ahead, 5-4. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it made an impact.
