Mesa designated hitter Isaac Williams had 7 ribbies while helping his team defeat the Rohnert Park Cougars, 10-3. Mesa is off to a hot start at 2-0.

With Mesa leading 4-3 in the top of the sixth, Williams hit a fastball from Timothy Lipinski for a bases-clearing double. It was his 1st double of the season and put the Razor Sharks ahead, 7-3.

"The boys came out and just played their butts off," said Mesa manager Danny Schexnayder.
