The 5-4 Walnut Park win over Spokane was due largely to Jason Coppa. The Bobcats right fielder went 2 for 4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. The loss makes Spokane 24-12.

Walnut Park got a knockout punch from Dylan Waters. The shortstop hammered a solo home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

Walnut Park manager Perry Glickman commended his team for "doing what it takes to win."
