Bruins Get Past Palm Springs for 2-1 Win
Mike Bryan, who is tied for 2nd in the StC in wins with 4, imposed his will on the Heat from the get-go. Relying mainly on his sinker, the right-hander spearheaded the 2-1 Westwood triumph. The victory gives Westwood a record of 17-15.

Paul Tetzloff was the walk-off hero for Westwood. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Bruins first baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"We leaned on our pitching tonight," Tetzloff said.
