Ann Arbor picked up a win at Belmont Park, bumping off the Quebec Aces, 5-2. Pitcher Brandon Feldman was a major reason the Z's emerged victorious. Chris Runte was credited with the save for Ann Arbor, his 7th of the season. The Z's move to 12-18 with the win, while the Aces drop to 15-15.

Ann Arbor used the timely hitting of Angel Vargas to capture the win. The catcher socked a 3-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Z's ahead, 4-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a big one.

"I'm just looking to see the ball, hit the ball," said Vargas.
