Quebec left fielder Dave Poth had a 3-RBI performance, which helped his team down the Westwood Bruins, 6-3. Kevin McDonald claimed the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The left-hander allowed no runs on 3 hits in 1.2 innings. His record stands at 1-1. Kyle Thompson closed it out for his 2nd save.

Humberto Castano provided a timely hit. The Quebec pinch hitter delivered a run-scoring triple in the top of the eighth inning to put the Aces on top, 4-3. It was his only hit in the game, but he made it count.
