Stoddard Impresses as Fighting Quakers Knock Off Purple Wave, 3-0
Chris Stoddard was terrific for the Quebec Fighting Quakers in his team's 3-0 triumph over the New Rochelle Purple Wave. His performance earned Stoddard rave reviews. Nick Dragon earned the save for Quebec, his 3rd. At 13-6, the Fighting Quakers have played well so far.

Stoddard confounded New Rochelle hitters. Over 6.2 innings, he allowed no runs on 2 hits.

Quebec manager Jeff Gray praised his team's "businesslike approach."
