Fighting Quakers Get Past Quebec, 5-4
Quebec got a decent performance from pitcher Brent Stedronsky, but it wasn't enough to beat the Quebec Fighting Quakers. Quebec won the Belmont Park contest, 5-4. Stedronsky threw 6.2 innings allowing 3 runs for the losing team. Getting the save was Chris McAuley, his 3rd. The Aces drop to 8-12, as their stumbling start to the 2025 season continues.

Jamie Coogan hit a run-scoring triple off Pete Cook in the top of the ninth, which put the Fighting Quakers in front, 5-4. In addition to the triple, Coogan had 1 single and 1 walk, while going 2 for 3.

"Both teams played hard," said Quebec manager Jeff Gray.
