Fishburn hits 20th home run to Fuel Ghosts Offense
The Laredo Ghosts beat the Chesapeake Tailgators, 8-5, at Tailgators Ballpark. Laredo designated hitter Matt Fishburn led the way. He was 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4. Laredo reliever John Bonnell got the win, raising his record to 8-5. John Gray was tagged with the loss. The victory gives the Ghosts a record of 61-57.

Brandon Hund came through with a big-time hit for Laredo. The third baseman smacked a 3-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to give his team the lead, 8-5. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"What's not to like about a win?" said Fishburn.
