Orduno Now 11-2 After Beating Matadors
|
The Portland Mad Ants eked out a 1-0 win versus the Hartford Matadors at Ballpark of Tacoma. Nobody did more than pitcher Oscar Orduno. He was terrific. Dane Roberts recorded his 18th save for Portland. The second-place Mad Ants now have a win-loss record of 71-46.
Oscar Orduno was masterful. The right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits over 8 innings.
"Oscar did what Oscar does," said Portland manager Will Berman.
