The Montreal Canadiens got a sterling performance from pitcher Sean Foye, but the Nashville Lasers still prevailed, 5-2. Foye came in in relief and pitched to 15 batters. Nashville bumps their record to 56-51 with the win.

Nashville got a knockout punch from Aaron Couch. The catcher hammered a 3-run home run in the bottom of the 15th inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

Nashville manager Kenny McElhaney said his team played a "no nonsense" game.
