Zach Jackson was superb against Glendale. The right-hander, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2024 draft, had a fastball that was virtually unhittable at times. The result was a Lasers victory. The score was 2-1. With the win, Nashville goes to 11-8.

The Lasers got a clutch hit from left fielder Steve Fites. In the bottom of the 11th, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Lasers.

"Honestly, I'm not frustrated," said Glendale manager Jon Greenberg. "The effort was great."
