Missions Grove was the site for Sub League 2 action featuring the Anaheim Music and Montgomery Missions.

Don Hutchison added some punch to the Montgomery offense, helping them outmuscle the Anaheim Music, 10-7. In the game, Hutchison, who is rated as the 66th best prospect by BNN, went 2 for 4 with a home run. He scored 3 runs and drove in 4. Josh Fields, the winning pitcher, is now 7-10. He went 7 innings, allowing 2 runs on 7 hits, while fanning 7 and walking 3.

With Montgomery leading 4-1 in the bottom of the second, Hutchison hit a fastball from Lorenzo Barrios for a grand slam home run. It was his 31st home run of the season and put the Missions ahead, 8-1.

"Glad to get this win," said Hutchison. "But we need to keep playing at a high level."

The Missions now have a mark of 63-55.
