The Nashville Lasers grabbed a win, 7-6, over the Joilet Jesters at Lasers Ballpark. Nashville catcher Chris Van Noort went 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Nashville pitcher Mike Trivett got the win, upping his record to 1-0. Andy Shoemaker got the loss. The save was credited to Harry Bowman, his 1st.

Nashville took the lead in the bottom of the sixth. With two out and runners on 1st and 3rd, Bobby Roe stroked a run-scoring single to make it 7-6, Lasers.
